SCHEDULE FOR RESURFACING DRIVEWAYS AND PARKING AREAS

THURSDAY JULY 16 - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm: Annual Cleaning and Pest Control of

Covered Parking Areas for the GARDENS.

Residents are advised to move their cars to the Guest Spot Areas.

FRIDAY JULY 17 – 8:00 am to 5:00 pm: Annual Cleaning and Pest Control of

Covered Parking Areas for the TOWERS.

Residents are advised to move their cars to the Guest Spot Areas.

WEEK OF JULY 20: Am-Jet Asphalt Engineering will do Asphalt Repatching and

concrete curbing. Cars do NOT need to be moved this week.

WEEK OF JULY 27: Am-Jet Asphalt Engineering will do the Resealing of the

driveways and parking areas in two phases. Cars MUST BE MOVED.

WEEK OF AUGUST 10: Cleaning and retinting of part of the stamped concrete

around the big fountain. Traffic barricades will redirect traffic flow to

allow the areas that have been cleaned and retinted to dry.

WEEK OF AUGUST 17: Cleaning and retinting of the other part of the

stamped concrete around the big fountain. Traffic barricades will redirect

traffic flow to allow the areas that have been cleaned and retinted to dry.

NOTE #1: The above schedule depends on the weather.

NOTE #2: Because of the intense summer heat, unit owners are urged to take

particular care not to damage the resealed driveways and parking areas.

Please drive slowly. Please make gentle turns to avoid leaving tire

marks. Please walk lightly, especially ladies with spike heels.
